This is a moot regarding a criminal case being appealed to the Court of Appeal.
At first instance, the defendant was found guilty of conduct which they believed was not their fault. Consequently, the defendant seeks to appeal the unanimous guilty verdict to the Court of Appeal on various grounds.
You will be randomly allocated to represent either the appellant or the respondent in this moot. The moot problem has been attached to this post.
